Makar's Adventure

Makar's adventure is a pixel-art based casual rogue-lite game for mobile devices, with a spin of Indian mythology and culture on regular casual mobile games. Explore 10 different hand-crafted biomes, each with 5 stages filled with biome-specific enemies and one giant boss.

Makar’s adventure puts the player into the shoes of a makar (legendary sea creature) who has to fight his way to find the pieces of a lost powerful jewel. All the pieces are scattered through different biomes and owned by their champions. In his journey, the makar will die multiple times only to come back stronger every time.

Story

A Makar named Dhwaj, was summoned by the gatekeeper of the death. Dhwaj was informed that the jewel he was supposed to be guarding has been stolen. Now Dwaj will have to face the trial and be punished for his carelessness unless he recovers the lost jewel before the trial begins.

The Jewel has been broken down into 10 pieces and these pieces are currently owned by the champions of 10 different regions. In order to recover the jewel, now Dhwaj has to travel across regions fighting foes and defeating champions. But a mystery awaits him. As he defeats the champions, he uncovers a deeper plot behind the theft of the jewel.
